Every state change, email event, AI decision, and human override is written to a tamper-evident audit log. Rows are never updated or deleted, so you have a complete record from the first email to close.
Role-based access control
Four roles (Helpdesk, Engineer, Team Lead, Admin), each with scoped permissions. Engineers only see their assigned customers. Team leads manage workload. Admins control everything.
Single-tenant deployment

Brute-force protection
Login attempts are rate-limited per IP. Ten failed attempts within 15 minutes triggers an automatic lockout, preventing credential stuffing attacks.
